Welcome to TISOBU Joyful Intelligence. By accessing or participating in our programs, services, website, or digital content, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before enrolling in any of our offerings.

1. Program Eligibility

TISOBU offers science-backed and research-driven programs for individuals of all ages, including children (5–16), adults, and elders. By enrolling a child, the parent or legal guardian confirms they have full authority to do so.

2. Program Access & Participation

  • All sessions are conducted live online, unless otherwise specified.
  • Access to recordings and materials is provided to registered participants only.
  • We reserve the right to modify session schedules or trainers with prior notice.

3. Parental Consent (for Minors)

For participants under 18, consent from a parent or legal guardian is required. Parents may be asked to assist in some exercises and are encouraged to support the child's progress.

4. Payments and Refunds

  • Program fees must be paid in full at the time of enrollment unless a payment plan is offered.
  • Refunds are only applicable if:
    • Requested within 24 hours of payment and before the program has started.
    • The program is cancelled by TISOBU.
  • No refunds will be issued after the program has commenced.

5. Intellectual Property

All program content, including videos, handouts, exercises, and curriculum, is the intellectual property of TISOBU Joyful Intelligence. It may not be recorded, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.

6. Health & Wellness Disclaimer

Our programs support mental, emotional, and brain fitness using scientific and educational tools. They are not a substitute for medical, psychiatric, or psychological treatment. Always consult your healthcare provider before making changes to your wellness routine.

7. Code of Conduct

Participants are expected to:

  • Engage respectfully with trainers and peers.
  • Avoid disruptive behavior or harmful language.
  • Protect the privacy of fellow participants.

We reserve the right to remove anyone from the program without refund for breaching this code.

8. Privacy Policy

By participating, you consent to the collection and limited use of your data for:

  • Program access
  • Communication and updates
  • Improvement of our services

9. Technology Requirements

Participants are responsible for ensuring a stable internet connection and a functioning device for live sessions. TISOBU is not liable for disruptions caused by user-end technical issues.

10. Limitation of Liability

TISOBU and its facilitators are not liable for:

  • Any indirect or incidental losses.
  • Personal injuries, mental health challenges, or outcomes resulting from misuse or misunderstanding of the program content.

Your participation is voluntary and at your own discretion.

11. Modifications to Terms

TISOBU reserves the right to revise these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website and communicated via email when necessary.
